Due to the holidays, we are currently only accepting applications that involve court dates or legal deadlines within 30 days. These include issues such as foreclosure, divorce or custody, evictions, repossessions, garnishments, debt lawsuits, and EEOC charges, as well as urgent guardianship or interdiction— including ongoing tutorships that must be filed by the last business day before a minor turns 18— urgent will or power of attorney drafting for health, public benefits, and disability cases, expungements, and unemployment compensation deadlines.
