    Due to the holidays, we are currently only accepting applications that include court dates or legal deadlines within 30 days. These include the following legal issues: foreclosure, divorce or custody, evictions, repossessions, garnishments, debt lawsuits, and EEOC charges, urgent guardianship or interdiction, including continuing tutorships that must be filed by the last business day before a minor turns 18, urgent will or power of attorney drafting due to health, public benefits and disability cases, expungement, and unemployment compensation deadlines.
