WHAT IS THE BLUE TARP PROGRAM?
The Louisiana Blue Tarp program offers a grant to cover the costs of necessary roof repairs and/or replacements for owner-occupied homes. Qualifying homeowners will be eligible to receive Louisiana Blue Tart funds as a grant not to exceed $15,000.
